Terms of Service

By accessing or using Coursifiy, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform. If you use the platform on behalf of an organization, you confirm you are authorized to accept these Terms for that organization.

You agree to use Coursifiy lawfully and not to interfere with its operation or security. You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the platform, scrape or copy content at scale, or use automated tools to bypass access controls.

Course access is granted for the course, duration and terms communicated at the time of enrollment. Access is personal to the enrolled learner. Course content, structure and schedule may be updated to keep material accurate and current.

Where an account or license is issued, you are responsible for keeping its credentials confidential and for all activity under it. Notify us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without permission. A license grants one learner a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access the purchased content.

All course materials — videos, documents, drawings, models, exercises, branding and site content — are owned by Coursifiy or its instructors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership to you.

Recording, copying, redistributing, sharing, or otherwise reproducing course content without authorization is strictly prohibited. If an attempt to circumvent content protection measures, record, copy, distribute, or otherwise use course content without authorization is detected and verified, Coursifiy reserves the right to suspend or permanently deactivate the associated license without refund, in accordance with our Terms of Use and Content Protection Policy.

يُحظر تسجيل أو نسخ أو إعادة توزيع أو مشاركة محتوى الكورسات دون تصريح. وفي حال ثبوت محاولة انتهاك حماية المحتوى أو تسجيله أو نسخه أو توزيعه أو استخدامه بصورة غير مصرح بها، تحتفظ Coursifiy بالحق في تعليق أو إلغاء الرخصة المرتبطة دون استرداد قيمة الرخصة، وفقًا لشروط الاستخدام وسياسة حماية المحتوى.

Accounts and licenses may not be shared, sold, transferred or used by more than one person. Where sharing is detected — including through unusual concurrent access patterns — we may suspend or revoke access without refund.

We aim to keep the platform available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance, updates or issues with third-party providers may cause temporary interruptions. We will make reasonable efforts to limit disruption and to communicate planned downtime.

We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are breached — particularly for redistribution, license sharing, fraudulent payment or misuse of the platform. You may stop using the platform at any time. Provisions on intellectual property and liability survive termination.

Coursifiy provides educational content and does not guarantee particular professional, academic or employment outcomes. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the platform, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant course.

Course material is for learning purposes. Engineering decisions on real projects remain the responsibility of the qualified professional making them.

We may modify, add or discontinue features and course offerings, and we may update these Terms. The "Last updated" date reflects the current version. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

Coursifiy
